Contact Us
Two ways in: email and phone. Email is faster for anything carrying a photograph, a cert number or an order number, which is most things. What follows is what to put in the first message so the first reply is the one that settles it.

What to include so we can help on the first reply
A second email is usually only needed because the first one was missing one of these.
- Your order number — or the email address you checked out with, which is enough on its own to find it.
- The product name exactly as it appears on your invoice. There are 2538 products in the catalog and a great many of them differ by one word — a set name, a language, a print run, a box versus a bundle.
- For damage in transit: photographs of the outer carton and the product. The carton first, before you unpack it any further, showing the crush, tear or puncture and the label in the same frame. Then the item itself. A photo of a damaged box with no photo of what is inside cannot be claimed against a carrier, and neither can the reverse. Keep the packaging until the claim is closed. That email has to reach us within 48 hours of delivery.
- For anything about a graded card: the cert number and the grader. We check the cert number on the way out and again on the way back in, so it is the fastest way to pull up the exact slab you are holding rather than the one that looks like it.
- What you would like to happen — replacement, refund, return authorization, or just an answer. If it is not possible we will say so in the first reply instead of three emails later.
When we reply, and which route is faster
Every message gets an answer within one business day, inside Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET. There are no autoresponders standing in for a reply.
Faster by email: damage claims, return authorizations, anything about a graded slab, wholesale inquiries and collections you want to sell. All of those need photographs, a cert number or a written record, and all of them end up as a thread we can both scroll back through. Reading a long cert number down a phone line is slower than sending it, and wrong more often.
Faster by phone: changing a delivery address before the label prints, catching an order before the 3:00 PM ET cut-off, and asking whether something will still be here in an hour. Orders of $500 and above ship signature-required and cannot be waived, so if nobody will be at the address, that is a phone call, not an email.
Where to send what
| Topic | Route | Put this in the first message |
|---|---|---|
| Order status | Email, subject "Order status" | Order number. Check the tracking link in your shipment confirmation first — it answers this faster than we can. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, say so and we open a trace with USPS and UPS. |
| Damage in transit | Email within 48 hours of delivery | Photographs of the outer carton before unpacking, then the product, then the order number. Keep the packaging — carriers sometimes ask to inspect it. |
| Return authorization | Email, subject "Return" | Order number, what is coming back, and whether the factory seal is intact. Nothing ships back without a reference from us. Full terms in the Returns & Refund Policy. |
| Pre-order question | Email or phone | The product name and the release you are asking about. We will tell you the street date we have been given and whether the rest of your cart ships ahead of it. We do not ship a sealed release early for anyone. |
| Wholesale or bulk | Email, subject "Wholesale" | What you want, how many, and where it is going. Retail orders are not licensed for resale onto another store, so this needs a conversation first rather than a large cart at checkout. |
| Selling us a collection | Email, subject "Selling" | A typed list — sets, quantities, condition, and the cert number and grader for anything slabbed — plus photographs of the actual stack, not stock images. We will tell you whether it is something we can take. No price is quoted from a description alone. |
Before you ask about a sealed box
The answer is no: we never weigh, search, open, re-wrap or reseal sealed product. Boxes leave here in the state they arrived in from distribution, and we do not keep opened boxes in stock, which is the only thing that makes that claim checkable rather than a slogan. What that does and does not mean for pull rates is set out in the Terms of Service.
