Every order leaves from one building, packed by the people who listed it, and every order is tracked. This page is the whole of it: when your order goes out, what it costs, how long the carrier takes, how each kind of product is packed, and what we do when something goes wrong in transit.
The short version: order before 3:00 PM ET on a business day and it goes out the same day. Free tracked shipping on everything, no minimum. Most US addresses see it in 2–5 business days. Anything over $500 needs a signature at the door.
When your order ships
We ship from Jupiter, Florida on business days. Orders paid for before 3:00 PM ET on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, or on public holidays, go out the next business day.
Your tracking number is emailed the moment the label prints, to the address you checked out with. If you have not seen it within 1 business day, look in spam and in the Promotions tab first — that is where it is nine times out of ten — then email storeprcards@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it.
A tracking number that exists but shows no movement for a day or two is normal. The label is created when we pack; the first carrier scan happens when the parcel is collected. Nothing is wrong in that gap.
Shipping rates
| Order | Shipping |
|---|---|
| United States, any order value | Free tracked shipping — no minimum |
Shipping is free and tracked on every United States order, with no minimum. The rate does not change with weight, with box count, or with what you spent — a single pack of sleeves and a sealed case of boosters go out on the same terms. There is no handling fee, no oversize fee and no per-item charge.
If an order goes out in more than one parcel, or in more than one shipment on different days, you are not charged again for the second one.
Signature confirmation over $500
Orders over $500 ship with signature confirmation, and it cannot be waived. Not by asking us, and not by leaving a note for the driver. The signature is what makes the parcel insurable; without it a carrier claim on a high-value card has nowhere to start, and the loss lands on whoever is holding the receipt.
This is not a rare edge case in a catalog like this one. 143 of the 2538 products here are priced at $500 or above, and every one of the 32 graded slabs travels under the same rule. Somebody needs to be at the address to sign, or the carrier will leave a card and hold the parcel for collection. Ship it somewhere it can be signed for — work, a neighbor who is in during the day, or a carrier pickup point.
How long it takes
We ship with USPS and UPS. Typical transit once the parcel is with them:
| What you ordered | Typical transit |
|---|---|
| Singles, accessories, sealed packs and booster boxes | 2–5 business days to most US addresses |
| Graded slabs | 2–5 business days, always tracked and signed for |
| Sealed cases and multi-box orders | Freight-ground — longer, and we email you the estimate before shipment |
Those are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We control when the parcel leaves; we do not control weather, carrier backlogs, or the week either side of a major holiday. We will not promise you a delivery date we have no contract to enforce.
Cases and multi-box orders are the exception worth reading twice. A sealed case does not travel as a parcel, it travels as freight, and freight moves on a different clock. You get the estimate in writing before it goes out, not after.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United States — all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the US territories, plus APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.
Orders to the 48 contiguous states travel on the timelines given above. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the territories and military addresses ship by USPS Priority Mail and typically take three to seven business days longer, because the parcel changes hands more often on the way. There is no surcharge for any of them; the rate is the same one everybody else pays.
PO boxes are fine — we ship USPS as standard, which delivers to them.
We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you want something sent abroad, email us before ordering rather than after — sometimes we can arrange it, and it is a much easier conversation before the label prints.
We do not ship internationally. No exceptions, and no arrangement where you pay a domestic rate and forward it on yourself — see below.
We also cannot ship:
- To a PO box, for any order over $500. Those parcels need a street address where a signature can be collected. Orders under that threshold can go to a PO box normally.
- To freight-forwarding addresses. Once a parcel is signed for at a forwarder, the carrier's liability ends and so does our ability to trace it. If an order is placed to a known forwarder we will contact you for a different address, or refund it in full.
How we pack
Three kinds of thing leave this building and each one is packed differently.
- Sealed boxes and cases. Rigid double-walled carton, void fill on every face, no room to shift. The factory seal is never broken. The product is never weighed, never searched, never opened and never re-wrapped — it leaves here in the state it left the publisher, and that is the single most important sentence on this page.
- Graded slabs. A graded-card sleeve, then a form-fit box, then an outer carton around that. Holders are never cracked, re-holdered or re-submitted. The slab in the listing photograph is the slab in the box.
- Raw singles. Sleeved, toploaded and team-bagged, then shipped in a rigid mailer that will not bend in a mail tray.
Pre-orders and release dates
Items marked pre-order ship on the publisher's release date, not before. The date is the publisher's to set and the publisher's to move; when one moves we pass on the new date as soon as we have it rather than letting you find out from the tracking that never appears.
A pre-order in the same cart as in-stock product holds the whole order until everything is ready. One order, one shipment, one tracking number. If you would rather have the in-stock part now, email storeprcards@gmail.com with your order number and ask us to split it. We will send what is here today and the pre-order on release day, and it costs you nothing extra — shipping is free either way.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the outer carton and the product before you unpack any further. That photograph is what settles a carrier claim. Once the packaging is broken down and in the trash, there is nothing left to show the carrier, and a claim without it usually fails.
Then email storeprcards@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photographs. Keep the packaging until the claim is closed — carriers sometimes ask to inspect it. What happens next, and how fast, is in the Returns & Refund Policy.
If it is late, stalled or missing
Tracking has not moved for 5 business days. Email us and we open a trace with the carrier. Do not wait longer than that hoping it clears on its own; a trace opened early is a trace opened while the carrier still has route data to search.
Tracking says delivered and nothing arrived. Look around the property first — porches, side gates, behind planters, the mailroom or front desk if the building has one — and ask the people next door. Then allow a full day, because carriers do sometimes scan a parcel as delivered ahead of the actual drop.
If it is still missing after that, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. That window is not arbitrary: we file the claim against the carrier's own record, and the route, GPS and scan data behind that record is only held for so long. After it ages out there is nothing left to file against.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address as entered at checkout, exactly as entered. Before you pay, read back the apartment or unit number and the ZIP code — between them they account for most of what comes back to us.
If a parcel is returned undeliverable because the address was wrong, you can have a refund less the outbound and return shipping actually incurred, or a reship at cost. Shipping is free to you, but it is not free to us, and a wrong address means the carrier has charged us twice for the same order. We would rather tell you that here than surprise you with it in a refund email.
Address changes are possible only before the label prints. Email storeprcards@gmail.com the moment you spot it, with your order number in the subject line. After the label prints, the parcel is with the carrier and the options narrow to whatever their redirect service allows.
Sales tax
Prices on this site are shown before sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the shipping address you enter, because the rate is set by the state and often by the county and city as well, and there is no single figure that would be correct for every order.
We collect sales tax only where we are required to. If your order ships to a state where we have no obligation to collect, no tax is added — that is not a discount, it is simply the rule that applies to the shipment.
Questions about an order
Put your order number in the subject line. It is the fastest route through and it is the only thing we need to find you.
