Every order ships tracked, and the number reaches you within 1 business day of ordering. You do not need an account to follow it. This page covers what each carrier status actually means, what to do when one of them stops moving, and who to email when it does.
Where the tracking email comes from
There are two emails per order, both sent to the address you checked out with. The order confirmation arrives within a minute of payment and carries no tracking number — nothing has been handed to a carrier yet. The shipment confirmation is the one with the number in it, and it sends the moment the label prints: same day for orders paid before 3:00 PM ET on a business day, otherwise the next business day. Either way it is with you inside 1 business day.
If it is not in your inbox, check spam and the Promotions tab before anything else — that is where it is nine times out of ten. Searching for PrCards or for your order number finds both emails at once. If neither is there, email storeprcards@gmail.com with the order number and we will resend it.
What happens in the gap is short and dull: the item is pulled, checked against the listing it sold under, and packed. Sealed product is never weighed, searched, opened or re-wrapped. A booster box goes into the shipping carton the way it came off the shelf, which is the entire point of buying sealed.
Tracking it without an account
We do not require an account and guest checkout tracks exactly the same way. Three routes, any of which work:
- The link in the shipment email. It names the carrier and opens that carrier's tracking page with your number already filled in.
-
The carrier's own site. We ship with USPS and UPS, and the
number tells you which: anything starting
1Zis UPS, the long all-digit ones are USPS. Paste it in there. - Ask us. Send your order number, or just the email address you used, to storeprcards@gmail.com and we will look it up and reply with the current scan.
The View your order link at the bottom of your confirmation email is a live page, not a snapshot. It updates as the order does, so it is worth keeping.
What each status means
| What tracking says | What is actually happening |
|---|---|
| Label created / pre-shipment | Packed, addressed, waiting for the carrier to scan it in. We have it; they have the paperwork. |
| Accepted / origin scan / picked up | The carrier now physically has the parcel. This is the scan that starts the clock on transit. |
| In transit / arrived at facility | Moving between sorting facilities. Expect one or two scans a day, not a live map. A day with no scan at all is normal. |
| Out for delivery | On a vehicle, on your route, today. Signature orders need someone at the address. |
| Delivered | Scanned as delivered at your address. If it is not in your hands, see below — do not assume it is gone. |
| Available for pickup / held at location | A delivery was attempted and nobody signed, or the address could not be accessed. The parcel is waiting at a local depot or post office. |
Stuck on "label created"
This is the one that worries people, so here it is plainly: a tracking number sitting on "label created" for a day or more almost always means the carrier has not scanned the box yet, not that we have not shipped it. The label is generated when we pack. The first carrier scan happens when the parcel is collected and worked at the origin facility, and at busy times — a weekend, public holidays, the days after a big set release — that gap stretches.
Give it two business days before treating it as a problem. If you want it looked at sooner, email us and we will confirm the parcel left the building.
When tracking stalls
5 business days with no new scan is the line. Email storeprcards@gmail.com with your order number and we open a trace with the carrier the same day we hear from you. A trace makes the carrier search the last facility that scanned the parcel, which is worth doing early — scan histories and facility records do not stay open forever, and a trace opened late is a trace opened after the trail has cooled.
Most traces end with the parcel moving again within a few days. Where one does not, the refund policy sets out what happens next and how long we wait before we call it lost.
It says delivered and it is not here
Work through this in order before emailing, because it resolves most of the time:
- Walk the property. Porch, side and back doors, behind planters and bins, the garage, the mailbox itself. Drivers hide high-value parcels on purpose.
- Ask everyone at the address — housemates, family, the front desk, the building mailroom or parcel locker.
- Ask the neighbors either side. A parcel handed to a neighbor is the single most common cause of a delivered scan with nothing at the door.
- Allow 24 hours. Parcels are sometimes scanned delivered a stop or two early and land later the same day, or the following morning.
Still nothing? Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will pull the carrier's proof of delivery, which includes the time, the scan location and usually a GPS point — often enough to show it went to the wrong door. Tell us inside that window even if you are still looking; the window is about the carrier's record-keeping, not about doubting you.
Signature confirmation over $500
Orders over $500 ship with signature confirmation and it cannot be waived — not by us, and not by leaving a note for the driver. This is not an edge case here: 143 of the 2538 products in the catalog are priced at $500 or above on their own, and all 32 graded slabs travel under the rule.
If you missed the delivery, the driver leaves a card and the tracking page switches to an attempt or a hold. From there:
- Read the tracking page, not the card. It tells you whether the carrier will reattempt automatically or is already holding the parcel for collection.
- Collect it with photo ID matching the delivery name, from the post office or depot named on the tracking page.
- Do not let it run out of hold time. USPS and UPS both return uncollected parcels to us after a set period. If that happens, email us and we will re-send it or refund it, whichever you prefer.
- Redirect it while you can. Both carriers let you send a parcel to a pickup point or reschedule the day from their own tracking page, which is easier than a second missed attempt.
Changing the address
The label is printed from the address on your order exactly as you typed it, so read it on your confirmation email now rather than later.
Before the label prints — email storeprcards@gmail.com with the order number and the correct address and we will change it. Same-day fulfillment makes that window short, so send it immediately rather than at the end of the day.
After the label prints we cannot change it, because the parcel is no longer ours to redirect. What you can do is use the carrier's own tools on the tracking page — USPS Package Intercept and UPS delivery change both exist for this, both cost money, and neither is guaranteed to catch a parcel already in motion. If it comes back to us undelivered, we re-send it to the corrected address or refund it in full.
Still stuck? Email storeprcards@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and we will look up the live carrier record and tell you what it shows. Replies within one business day, usually the same morning.
