The rules this shop runs by. They are written to be read once, before you order, rather than to be impenetrable afterwards. Where a clause protects us, it says so in plain words instead of hiding in capital letters.
1. Who you are buying from
PrCards is a trading name, not a separately registered company. Orders are picked, packed and shipped from Jupiter, Florida, and we ship to the United States only. The address above is a fulfillment and returns address, not a walk-in shop.

Email with an order number in the subject line is the fastest route through, and it is the only thing we need to find you.
2. Who can buy
You need to be 18 or older to place an order yourself. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian has to place the order, and by placing it they accept these terms on your behalf and take responsibility for payment. We are not going to pretend this hobby has no players under 18 in it — a good part of it is under 18 — but the card has to belong to an adult.
Some products carry a manufacturer's age rating or safety warning printed on the box: paints, glues, unassembled miniatures with small parts. Where the manufacturer prints one, it applies, and we ask you to follow it rather than our own judgment.
3. How an order becomes a contract
Adding something to a cart is not a contract, and neither is the confirmation email you get straight after checkout — that email confirms we received the order, nothing more. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we shipment the goods and send the shipment confirmation with tracking on it.
Between those two points we can decline an order. The honest reasons that happen here are these:
- the last copy sold in the seconds between two checkouts — a great deal of this catalog is single-copy stock;
- the price or the listing was wrong (section 4);
- the payment did not clear, or the billing and shipping details do not reconcile on a high-value order (section 5);
- the shipping address is outside the United States, or is one we cannot deliver to;
- the order looks like an attempt to get around a per-customer limit on allocated product (section 15).
If we decline, you are refunded in full and told which of those it was. We do not cancel orders silently.
4. Prices, pricing errors and sales tax
Prices are in US dollars (USD). The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you placed it. Prices move — this is a market that reprices weekly — and a price change after you have ordered does not change what you pay.
We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error. This catalog runs from $1.99 to $29,999, and a graded slab listed at a hundredth of its price is a mistake rather than an offer. Where a price is plainly wrong — a decimal in the wrong place, a slab priced like a single, a sealed case priced like a pack — we will not simply ship it and we will not simply cancel it either. We email you, tell you what the price should have been, and you choose: buy it at the corrected price, or cancel for a full refund. Nothing is charged above the authorised amount without your reply.
That clause covers genuine error. It is not a licence to renege on a deliberate discount, and we will not use it to claw back a sale price we chose to publish.
Prices on this site are shown before sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the shipping address you enter, because the rate is set by the state and often by the county and city as well, and there is no single figure that would be correct for every order.
We collect sales tax only where we are required to. If your order ships to a state where we have no obligation to collect, no tax is added — that is not a discount, it is simply the rule that applies to the shipment.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. Card details are handled by the provider — we do not see, store or have access to a full card number at any point.
On higher-value orders we may ask you to confirm something before we ship: that the billing address matches the card, or that the shipping address is one you control. There are 143 products here priced at $500 and above, and orders at that level ship signature-required. Verification is not an accusation. It is the step that stops someone else's stolen card from becoming your problem, and it usually takes one reply.
If a payment is reversed, charged back or fails after we have shipped, we will contact you before taking any other step. If you think a charge on your statement is wrong, email us first — a chargeback filed against a small shop costs weeks that one email would have saved.
6. Pre-orders, street dates and allocation
Pre-orders work differently from in-stock product and this section is the part worth reading twice.
Street dates are set by the publisher, not by us. Pokémon, Wizards of the Coast, Games Workshop, Bandai and the rest each set the date a product may legally be sold, and every retailer is held to it. We cannot ship a sealed release early, we do not ship early for anyone, and a store that offers to is breaking its distribution agreement. If a publisher moves a street date — which happens, sometimes by months — we pass on the new date as soon as we have it.
If the publisher changes MSRP before release, we contact you before charging more. Pre-order prices are set from the announced MSRP, and publishers do revise it between announcement and release. If the price goes up, you get an email with the new figure and a choice: confirm and we ship, or cancel and we refund in full. We do not charge the difference to your card and tell you afterwards. If the price goes down before release, you pay the lower one.
Allocation can cut an order short, and the shortfall is refunded. On a heavily allocated set, distributors give us a fraction of what we ordered. Where that happens we fill orders in the order they were placed and refund the unfilled part in full to the original payment method. We do not substitute a different set, we do not issue store credit instead, and we do not hold your money against a future restock unless you ask us to.
- Cancelling a pre-order: any time before it ships, for a full refund, no reason needed. Email storeprcards@gmail.com.
- Mixed carts: if you order in-stock and pre-order items together, the whole order waits until everything is ready and ships as one parcel. If you would rather have the in-stock part now, email storeprcards@gmail.com with your order number and ask us to split it — we will send the in-stock items straight away and hold the pre-order for release. Shipping is free and tracked on every United States order, with no minimum, so splitting an order never costs you anything extra. The Pre-Order Policy sets this out in full.
- Per-customer limits: where we put a limit on an allocated pre-order, the product page says so. Orders placed across several accounts or addresses to get around it may be cancelled and refunded.
- Quantities are not guaranteed until shipment. A pre-order is a place in a queue we do not control the length of.
7. Sealed product, odds and pull rates
When you buy a sealed booster box, bundle, elite trainer box, case or pack, you are buying that sealed item — not any card inside it. That distinction is the whole of this section.
We never weigh, search, open, re-wrap or reseal anything. Sealed product leaves here in the factory state it arrived in. No box is opened to check its contents, no pack is weighed, no case is picked over before it ships. It is the single most important thing this shop has to say about itself and it is a term of these conditions, not a marketing line.
What follows from that:
- We do not guarantee any card, hit, insert, alt-art or serial number. Not in a pack, not in a box, not in a case.
- Pull rates and odds are the manufacturer's. Where a publisher publishes them — and several do not — they are the publisher's figures about the publisher's print run. We do not set them, verify them, audit them or underwrite them, and repeating them on a product page is not us adopting them.
- A disappointing box is not a defective box. Opening a sealed product and not pulling what you hoped for is variance. It is not a fault, not a misdescription, and not a return.
- Opened product cannot come back as a change of mind, for the obvious reason. Physical damage to a sealed item is a different matter entirely and is covered by the returns policy.
- Print variation happens. Publishers change art, packaging and box configuration mid-run without notice. We ship the current print unless the listing specifically names an earlier one.
8. Single copies, grading and condition
Much of this catalog is one-of-one stock. When a graded slab sells, the listing goes — there is no second one behind it and no restock to wait for.
Grades are assigned by the third-party grading company named on the slab, not by us. We do not grade, we do not re-grade, and we cannot appeal or revise a grade. What we sell is the slab as the grader sealed it, with the certification number on the label. You can verify that number against the grader's own population database before you buy, and we would rather you did. A grader's opinion of a card is that grader's opinion; buying it from us does not make it ours.
Where a listing describes the condition of an ungraded single, that description is ours and it is part of what you bought. If a card arrives in a materially worse condition than described, that is a return we pay for. Cracking a slab, or submitting a card for grading yourself, ends any claim that the card was not as described.
9. Photographs, colors and descriptions
Two different rules apply, depending on what you are looking at.
- Sealed product, accessories, miniatures and paints use the manufacturer's or distributor's stock photography. It shows the product line, not the individual unit in our stockroom. Packaging artwork rotates between print runs and the photograph may show a previous run.
- A graded slab's photograph is of that exact slab. Those are shot here, individually, and the card in the picture is the card that ships. Where the certification number is legible in the image, it is the number on the slab you will receive.
Screens differ, and color is where that bites hardest. Paint listings in particular — there are 130 of them — show a manufacturer swatch, and a swatch on a backlit screen is not a paint chip in daylight. Metallics and contrast paints are the worst offenders. A noticeable mismatch with the listing is a return; a slight one is physics.
Miniatures are supplied unassembled and unpainted unless the product page says otherwise. Paints, brushes, glue and tools are not included unless the "what's in the box" list names them.
10. Availability and cancellation by us
Adding something to your cart does not reserve it, and availability shown on a listing is not a live count. Where we cannot fulfil an order — the last copy went, the distributor cancelled the line, the product arrived from the distributor damaged — we cancel and refund in full, and we tell you which it was. A refund is issued within 5 business days of the cancellation and your bank typically posts it 3–10 business days after that.
11. Shipping, delivery and risk
The shipping policy forms part of these terms. In summary: shipping is free and tracked on every United States order, with no minimum; orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day generally go out the same day; carriage is by USPS and UPS.
Delivery estimates are estimates. We control the packing bench and we do not control the carrier's network, so a transit window is a forecast rather than a promise. Risk of loss and damage passes to you on delivery, not on shipment — if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, that is ours to resolve, not yours. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging as well as the contents, and read the shipping policy for how claims run.
Because we ship same day on most orders, the window to cancel before shipment is genuinely short. Email as soon as you know and we will cancel anything that has not already left.
12. Returns
The returns and refund policy forms part of these terms: 30 days from delivery to start a return, and we pay the freight both ways when the fault is ours. Sealed product that has been opened, and slabs that have been cracked, are the two things that cannot come back — sections 7 and 8 explain why.
Email us before you ship anything back. Returns need a return authorization reference from us first; a parcel that arrives without one has no order attached to it and takes far longer to refund. If a parcel never arrives at all, tell us within 7 days of the delivery scan and the shipping policy sets out what happens next.
13. What a collectible is worth
Cards, sealed product and graded slabs are collectibles. Their market value moves, sometimes sharply, and it moves on reprints, rotations, bans, tournament results and publisher announcements that nobody here has advance notice of.
Nothing on this site is investment advice and no price here is a prediction. A price we charge today is what the item costs today. We make no representation about what it will be worth later, we do not promise appreciation, and a fall in market value after your purchase is not a fault in the goods and not a ground for return.
14. Intellectual property, and who we are not
The text, layout and original photography on this site belong to us. Link to it, quote a sentence with attribution — but do not copy the catalog wholesale onto another store.
PrCards is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Games Workshop, Bandai, Konami, Ravensburger, Funko or any other publisher, manufacturer or distributor whose products appear here. Where a product page names a game, a set, a brand or a manufacturer, it is stating a fact about what the product is so that you can buy the right thing. All trade marks, logos, card images and character artwork belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only.
15. Acceptable use
Short list, and none of it is unusual:
- Do not use bots, scripts or automated carting tools against this site, particularly on pre-order and allocated stock. Orders placed that way are cancelled.
- Do not place orders across multiple accounts or addresses to get around a stated per-customer limit.
- Do not scrape the catalog at scale, attempt unauthorised access, or deliberately overload the site.
- Do not order fraudulently or on somebody else's card. Both cost a small shop real money and both get reported.
We may cancel orders, refuse service or close an account where any of the above applies. Where we do, anything you paid and did not receive is refunded.
16. Liability
We are responsible for the goods we sell, for describing them accurately, and for getting them to you in the condition described. Where we get that wrong, we fix it — refund, replacement, or the return freight, as the returns policy sets out.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that are not a foreseeable result of us getting something wrong: a tournament missed where the delivery estimate was met, a market movement, a resale that fell through, or profit you expected to make from something you bought here. Except where the paragraph below applies, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
17. Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page reduces the rights you have under the consumer protection law of the state you live in, or under United States federal consumer law. Those rights sit alongside these terms and they survive anything written here that appears to conflict with them.
The order is simple and we are not going to argue about it: where our policy is more generous than the law, our policy applies. Where the law is more generous than our policy, the law applies.
18. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from an order, are governed by the law of the State of Florida. Disputes will be dealt with by the state and federal courts sitting in Florida. If you live in a state whose law gives you the right to bring a claim locally, this clause does not take that right away from you.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the moment you placed it — a later revision does not reach backwards into an order already made. Material changes are dated on this page.
20. Complaints
Email storeprcards@gmail.com with your order number. We acknowledge within one business day and aim to resolve within five. If we cannot, we will tell you why, in writing, and what we are doing instead.
If we have not resolved it to your satisfaction, you can take it to your state Attorney General, or the Federal Trade Commission — https://reportfraud.ftc.gov or 1-877-382-4357. We would much rather you gave us the first go at it.
