About the address
It is a business address for correspondence, legal identification and fulfillment. It is not a walk-in retail counter — there is no shop floor, no trade counter and no collection window, so please do not travel to it expecting to buy or collect. If that ever changes we will say so on this page first.
Returns are not sent to this address by default. Email us first and we will give you the return address for your case, which is what the returns and refunds policy sets out.
Reaching a person
Email storeprcards@gmail.com is the fastest route and leaves a record we can both refer back to. Include your order number if you have one. Every email gets a reply from a person within one business day, usually sooner. The phone is answered during the hours above.
Which page answers what
- Shipping policy — processing, tracking, transit windows, damaged parcels
- Returns and refunds policy — what can come back, by when, and who pays the postage
- Privacy policy — what we hold, who sees it, how to have it deleted
- Terms of service — the rules the shop runs by, including pricing and stock errors
